[Dumbell Bird] - Detailed explanation of Dumbbell Bird's movements (dynamic illustration tutorial)
Dumbbell Bird
Mainly exercise the pectoralis major muscle and deltoid muscle.
Precautions
In the entire movement, the shoulders, elbows and wrists are required to always be in the same plane.
Movement description
Lying on the bench with both feet down to the "bridge-shaped", the upper back and hips touch the surface of the stool, the dumbbells on both arms are naturally straightened directly above the shoulder joint, and the distance between the hands is slightly smaller than the shoulder width; holding the dumbbells in both hands slowly fall to the side of the body. During the falling process, the angle between the elbows gradually becomes smaller. When the pectoralis major muscle contracts, the dumbbells rise along the original path, the upward route is "arclined", and the angle between the elbows gradually increases, restoring into a preparatory position.
